28 फरवरी 2021 को आयोजित मन की बात के नवीनतम संस्करण में, माननीय प्रधान मंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने एग्जाम वॉरियर्स, माता-पिता और शिक्षकों से आग्रह किया कि वे परीक्षा के तनाव को दूर करने के लिए अपने अनुभवों और टिप्स को शेयर करें।

आगे आएं, हमारे माननीय प्रधान मंत्री के साथ परीक्षा पे चर्चा में शामिल हों और माईगव पर अपने विचार साझा करें।

Tips to overcome exam stress .... 1. Believe in yourself that makes you strength. 2. Be positive and write exam. 3. Don't byheart, learn the concept and write your own. 4. Take rest for time to time, Don't read continuously. 5. Listen to the music during stress. 6. Take enough sleep.

understand the concepts , overcome the fear,fear will come to only those who don't know what is there in that particular subjects..so try to understand the concepts in the topic and don't mug up the contents blindly with questions and answers pattern..will definitely lead to failure in successive competitive exams..read while you enjoy ..if it is interactive based learning with pictures and videos and with virtual learning facility for practical the results would be excellent .

prepare a proper time table and give time honestly for those subjects where extra effort is required . The suggestions are: 1. Subject classes should be conducted every day. 2. Video should be included in the classess. 3. If video is not possible. A powerpoint presentation could be helpful. 4. Instead of PTM meeting, a teacher student interaction session could be benificial

prepare a proper time table and give time honestly for those subjects where extra effort is required . Also recreation like sports ,songs ,play with some musical instruments are required in intervals to overcome stress.Always be happy and cheerful towards your work and do it properly on time honestly by yourselves.Take examination as a part of life and enjoy it ,not take it always seriously .

During online classes, the school in which my daughter studied did not conduct subject classes even on alternate day. This made the students away from the the studies as they were already attending the classes from home. The suggestions are: 1. Subject classes should be conducted every day. 2.
