Sir I think to avoid stress, one should be mentally, physically well and should also concentrate on other hobbies other than studies. We can focus on studies early before the exam month, and be free during exams. Parents also should understand their children's stress and help while they need. Teachers can also give tips on how to write exams better, it will make students to prepare well. We can also participate in any sports event or competition, to get relief from stress. Take enough rest.
