TO overcome stress meditation is crucial. 2- Instead of rote learning, clarify your concepts. 3-Geeta quotes will make you remain positive. 4- If none of the people clarify your doubts, then sit with your book until the concept fits into ur mind. 5- Avoid asking your friends about how much syllabus they have completed. 6-Eat healthy , it will help you to focus on studies. 7-Focus on 1 book. 8- Always be active in class while studying 9- Make short notes for revision to increase grasping

Sir, best decision of AICTE for engineering study, but students confused and also training institutes can't handle so many subjects, so pls make two different streams. Ist is PCM- physics, computer, math, IInd is BCM- bio, chemistry, math. Most imp is that computer must not have online study, because many students give zero output in online study during corona and do nothing manually

Tips to overcome Exam stress-Creative visualization -Relax in a seating or Shavasan position & imagine yourself getting ready for the Exam-taking blessings of elders & going to the Examination Hall...Imagine taking the Exam paper sitting in a calm ,cool & relaxed manner & answering the questions very confidentally-this exercise undertaken well before the Exams on a regular basis can help reduce Examination Stress & Anxiety, since the subconscious mind will register the visualized scene as real

1.To overcome our exam stress first we should overcome our fear 2.we should set our mindset like a freebirds to access the concentration in study 3.we should praise (or) encourage our brain by saying all is well ;Take it easy. 4.just listen and learn(L2) subjects which have been taught by teachers but not byheart . 5.Byheart is the key point to destory the success (or) to loss the knowledge.we must gain wisdom, knowledge by concentration only .
