Dear Modi ji
Kharif crops, monsoon crops, are cultivated and harvested in the monsoon season especially in the monthe of June and july. Needless to say, our motherland is culture-rich -in Agriculture. Kharif crops require abundant rainfall - hence they are usually sown during the onset of the Indian Monsoon. If wheat is sown in the kharif season, the seed will get destroyed due to excess water as wheat doesn't requires much water. So, the farmer will not get good yield.
1. Build more check dams instead of big storage projects
2. Use water canals
3. see waater management properly
4. Make the youth to participate in the forming activities
5. Government should export the excess
