IBA recently has agreed in principle with Banks union to declare second & last Saturday as non working day in the Banks. This is not only disgusting for consumers/customers but a National loss. Declaring second Saturday & fourth Saturday as holiday will reduce productivity as a whole & cause lot of inconvenience to the trading community. Ministry of Banking Affairs GOI should intervene & raise objections before the same is implemented.
