1. Create better jobs. 2. Create more developed and cleaner cities. 3. Work on ease of doing business. 4. Support enterpreneurship and new-start ups. 5. Award higher salaries to hard-working and talented professionals. 6. Work on 'Why people are moving outside India' rather than restricting them from doing so.

if all the top MNC's(multi national companies)can break their rule while recruiting the fresh engineers i.e.most of the mnc's have criteria that those are allowed to take the test who are having first class in their 4 years of engineering.so because of that those students who are not having first class are not getting better jobs though they have all the capability to work in top mnc's like other student who are having first class. thank you.

Developed world is aging fast. They will need huge numbers of nurses and care givers. Develop colleges who teach this, and market it to developed world. Japan , for example , would love to get nurses from india, if they are assured that these nurses will not demand permanent residencies

Why do you wish to stop the brain drain? Every year some 75 billion dolors we NRI s are sending to india. By doing simple no cost helps, let more Indians go out and earn money. 1. Passport to all engineering and medical and masters graduates as they graduate. Even before they need. 2. Market Indians to foreign employers by making job fairs at different countries . 3. Spread of indian banks all over the world , particularly in africa and Middle East to help them remit without hassles .

I work at Nigeria in education sector. I see that many indian universities take in African students with their own efforts. But no organized effort, no support from indian high commission. While other countries like UK, Australia etc conduct regular, high pitch marketing and facilitating . Though an African student is better off studying at india as it cheaper, better quality education, the marketing is lacking. I wish indian government looks at it . 1. Lots of foreign exchange. 2. There are two types of brain drain in India, one those who are hungry for money and two those who are desperate for an opportunity to do something. Type1, it’s no use worrying about them; they will go today or tomorrow. It’s the Type2; society needs to work towards retaining them, not by giving some useless speeches but by giving them right opportunity to do something good with their life. And trust me there are quite a few of these Type2 individuals struggling desperately to make a difference.

Our foreign policies are poor our government does nothing for our security abroad so who would like to come back. Our foreign minister honorable shushma swaraj has time to advocate lalit modi but there are thousands of migrants who bring foreign investment and money in India are struggling because of racism in UK Australia etc and there is no one for them brain drain is obvious to happen.
