Brain Drain is primarily due to financial reasons.If government organisations for e.g hospitals paid at international rates that would attract talent and prevent drain. As this is a huge cost there should be some new clauses. Jobs will not be permanent & there will be annual appraisal to ensure that person has performed and is eligible to be retained. Duration of contracts will be based on level ofexperience and achievements This will encourage performance and improve work ethics.

A person who could not complete his studies, even after having the liberties of reservations, how he can contribute in nation building ?? How he would be sanctioning the engineering projects, while he himself does not know the basic principals ?? Stop such kind of reservations in government jobs and start recruiting the best eligible candidates, instead of Cast biased candidates. Such Cast Biased reservation has become a POLIO for Indian System and needs to be cured at the earliest.

on the other hand A candidate from General Category scores 85% in Metric, but can not get his Favorited stream in engineering, as it is already filled up by reserved candidates. Government charges full institutional fees from him, without knowing his financial capacities, and while it comes to result, He scores 80-85% in Engineering. Both the candidates start the job search, but without knowing the capabilities and financial status of candidate from Lower class, government awards him the job

Honourable Prime Misiter, To stop the Brain Drain, First of all we need a reform in our reservation policies. Reservation should be limited and restricted to the education level only. It should not be based on a cast. It should be based on the financial conditions. A candidate from lower class, scores 35% in metric and still gets an admission in Engineering, without knowing his financial status, government gives subsidy in his institutional fees, and while it comes to result, Again 35%.....

As compare to our populations our police and armed forces strength is very less, we have recruit more young people to fill this gap.We have to create new department sanitation nad hygyiene dept. It will run under ppp model, take help from corporates...we can generate new jobs for many peoples.

Dear sir, we should think about generating each individual as talented. For developing efficient brain , It is important to have good,fare,efficient education system. First action should be CASTE BASED RESERVATION should be totally removed. Financial support for poor can be provided till gaining of full education and start earning. Once earning of student started then all expanses with interest should also be recovered and support can be given to other poor people.

Stopping brain drain is good idea. If we can not respect a good brain within a country then brain drain is better than Brain in the Drain. presently fresh issue is with Our famous Mathematician VASHISHTHYA NARAYAN SINGH. Who returned from USA in 1972 to serve our country. If he did not make family to care about his old age then government should support him with due respect. He is still alive in Siwan, Bihar and i think deserve for honor.

क्या यह संभव है की नदियों के दोनों पाटो के 5-5 KM तक किसी भी नए निर्माण को प्रतिबंधित करने सम्बंधित कानून बनाया जा सकता है क्योकि हमारे जंगल सिकुड़ते जा रहे है और ना ही आपस में जुड़े रह गए है जिससे वन्य जीव एक ही GENE POOL में प्रजनन कर पा रहे जिससे वन्य प्राणियों को GENETIC DIVERSITY का फायदा नहीं मिल पा रहा है और साथ ही साथ GENE POOL भी कमजोर हो रहा है, सिर्फ नदियों के किनारे ही जंगलो को आपस में जोड़ सकते है, हमारे पूर्व प्रधान मंत्री श्री अटल जी की नदी जोड़ो परियोजना के साथ इसे भी जोड़ना चाहिए !

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री मंत्री जी मै आपका ध्यान ऐसे कुछ फ़िल्मी गानों की तरफ आकर्षित करना चाहता हूँ जो गाने कम शराब के विज्ञापन ज्यादा लगते है, मै यह महसूस करता हूँ कि ऐसे गानों की वजह से हमारी भावी पीढ़ी मादक पदार्थो की तरफ ज्यादा और बहुत जल्दी ( उम्र के लिहाज से ) आकर्षित होने लगेगी ! अतः आप से विनम्रतापूर्वक निवेदन है की आप जल्द से जल्द सेंसर बोर्ड को ऐसे गानों को बंद करने और आगे से प्रसारित होने से रोकने के लिए सख्त कदम उठाने के लिए आदेशित करेंगे ! आप की महान दया होगी !
