Most banks are facing difficulties in multiple registrations on a single flat. Some borrowers and builders are involved in these fraudulent activities. Govt is providing RERA registration to the builders, but no unique flat numbers are present on the sanctioned plan. Fraudsters are using this drawback. For example, I have purchased flat 1E on a building complex. Now, fraud builders are selling the same flat with different notations of flat numbers like' 1/E' ,'1-E', 'E-1', etc. Sone rackets are looting publics as well as banks. The Govt should issue a unique flat number during RERA registration.

পিএম নরেন্দ্র মোদি স্যার আমার কয়েকটা প্রশ্ন করতে চাই । দেশের বিকশিত ভারত গরতে গেলে,এইগুলো দেশের মধ্যে অবশ্য বন্ধ করতে হবে। তবে দেশ এগিয়ে যাবে। 1)ড্রাগ,গাজা,চলাই মদ,ইত্যাদি এইসব দেশের ছেলে মেয়েদের সমাজ নষ্ট করে দিচ্ছে এগুলোকে বন্ধ করতে হবে। 2) দেশে দুর্নীতি কড়া ভাবে নজর রেখে বন্ধ করতে হবে তবে দেশ এগিয়ে যাবে। 3) স্বচ্ছ ভারত গড়তে গেলে দেশে গুটকা ,পান মশলা ,তিরঙ্গা ইত্যাদি এইসব কোম্পানি বন্ধ করতে হবে,তবে সুন্দর সমাজ,সুন্দর পরিবেশ ,সুন্দর দেশ গড়ে উঠবে।
