सर वार्ड स्तर पे केन्द्र का भोलनटियर बनाइए जो केन्द्र के काम स्टेट गवर्नमेंट के काम कि जानकारी रखे और जो काम हुआ या नही उसका कम्पलेन या सिकायत करने के लिए एक अलग से विभाग बनाइए सर जो काम केन्द्र सरकार से हो स्टेट गवर्नमेंट से वो काम की जानकारी उस वार्ड के भोलनटियर को होनी चाहिए उस भोलनटियर के नाम और पता कि जानकारी बस केन्द्र सरकार के पास हो नाकि स्टेट सरकार नहीं होनी चाहिए

Recently, in Delhi, a 14-year-old girl was gang-raped by truck drivers. When she went to report it to the police, she was raped by the cop! What type of justice is this? If a woman is raped by her own husband, she can’t even go to the police because they will not file it under the case of rape. It will be filed under the case of protection of women against domestic violence, but even in that, it will not punish the abuser by imprisonment and will simply just help the women. How can such a big loophole exist? Not only that, male rape cases are not even considered legal. If it can happen to a woman, it can also happen to a man.
