This situation often compels villagers to seek opportunities in other states or countries.To address these issues, I propose a comprehensive review and reform of the panchayat system in villages. It is evident that the current leadership might not be doing enough to uplift the communities they represent. By instituting changes in the panchayat system, we can empower local leaders to spearhead development initiatives, ensure gender equality, enhance safety measures, and create sustainable income sources for the villagers.This strategic intervention aligns with the government's commitment to fostering inclusive growth and ensuring the well-being of every citizen. I sincerely urge you to consider these recommendations for the betterment of our country.

We should stop Indian currency flowing to mobile phone manufacturing countries by having control over the duration of software updates issued by its manufacturers. Indian citizens uses their mobile phone for 10 years from the date of manufacture whereas software updates are given for 3 to 5 years by the mobile phone manufacturers. This issue needs government intervention.

I write to address a critical matter concerning the reservation system and age limits in competitive exams in Bharat. While I appreciate the importance of affirmative action to rectify historical disparities, concerns arise about its impact on the future prospects of the youth, particularly those in the general category.In several competitive exams, a substantial 60% of seats are reserved for SC , ST, OBC, and EWS. While well-intentioned, a noticeable disparity exists in the age limits imposed on various categories of candidates.General category candidates often face an age constraint, limited to a maximum of 30 years and high cutoff in numerous exams. This distinction raises concerns about the fairness of the system, placing an undue burden on the youth from the general category.In the spirit of equality and justice, it is essential to review existing age limits and cut-off marks, ensuring a level playing field for all candidates.
