Sir, Government has a practice of awarding Padma awards to distinguished persons across various fields. And true to its real intent, after you have taken over, the awards have been given to real heroes who are silent in their activities and do yeomen service to community. But we understand that these awards cannot be given to all such personnel. Hence it is humbly submitted that a recognition for such personnel who does outstanding service to community and who do not qualify for Padma awards for any reason, be given by way of "distinguished citizen " or some other name to acknowledge their contribution to society . This can be given to persons who do silent service in conservation of nature, environment, service to humankind etc.

My humble suggestions are as under: 1) Kindly start Coaching Institute s with dedicated faculty and state of the art infrastructure in every State capital to facilitate candidates hailing from poorer strata of society to crack various competitive examinations . The Coaching and the materials can be provided free of cost. Several brilliant minds can emerge by this initiative. 2) Kindly say a few words about Shri. VIJAYAKANT , a veteran actor and a top political leader with a humanitarian frame of mind in Tamil Nadu who passed away on 28th December in Chennai. From a humble beginning, the departed leader rose up in life by hard work, perseverance and absolute integrity. He richly deserves encomiums from our beloved PMJI.

Dear Shri Narendra Modi ji , Prime minister of India As a student question to you is that - We are the students of Digital India which is having greater influence of Artificial intelligence my question is whether AI will overpower us or facilitate us in our studies and extracurricular activities and if not ,How AI or Digital India schemes will enhance our knowledge and vision for the new India , As I want serve for this Nation and reach to the highest level position of the Country ( The Prime minister) how I can use the digital technology to make me better and developed every day . Finally I want to ask you , that I have seen many students those are blindly influenced by the AI , Will the AI will replace the wisdom and intelligence?And did people will become it's Slave ? I would be happy if you discuss this far topic in the Mann ki baat 2023 last episode.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी मध्यप्रदेश के अतिथि शिक्षक का कार्य वाक़ई में सराहनीय कार्य है ।जो लगभग15-17/वर्षों से शासकीय स्कूल में पढा रहे है ओर रिजल्ट भी अच्छा रहता है ।लेकिन दुःख की बात यह है कि उन अतिथि शिक्षकों का पद आज तक स्थायी नहीं है कभी प्रमोशन तो कभी नई भर्ती से टीचर आ जाते है तो वह बाहर हो जाते हैं ।इसलिए माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी से निवेदन है कि मध्यप्रदेश सरकार से आग्रह कर के अतिथि शिक्षकों का पद स्थायी करवाने की कृपा करें ताकि वहां बेरोजगार नहीं होवे ।वह भी दो रोटी सुख की खा सके ।मुझे आशा ही नहीं पूरा विश्वास है कि आप यह सराहनीय कार्य जरूर करेंगे ।धन्यवाद दिनाँक 29/12/2023

Most Respected PMJI Vanakkam. My humble suggestions are as follows: 1) Kindly advise the Ministry concerned to set up units for the manufacture of Electrolyser which is a critical component required for Hydrogen production. 2) India is the largest producer of banana, a very nutritious fruit that is cultivated across the country all through the year . However, our global share of exports is very minimal. Kindly advise the Ministry concerned to take mission mode efforts to increase the volume of exports of various varieties of banana . This will rake in considerable foreign exchange as well . 3) Please enact a robust law to prosecute those who cause environmental pollution . 4) Our sincere wishes to our People's PMJI for the Pongal festival.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी मध्यप्रदेश में शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में अतिथि शिक्षकों ने जो भूमिका निभाई है वाकई में सराहनीय है।लेकिन बेचारे अतिथि शिक्षक लगभग 15-16 वर्षों से आज भी दुखी हैं क्योंकि उनका स्थाई पद नहीं है ।कभी कोई परमानेंट टीचर प्रमोशन से या नई भर्ती से आ जाता है तो वह बाहर हो जाता है उस अतिथि शिक्षक की पूरी मेहनत पर पानी फिर जाता है ।ओर वह बेरोजगार हो जाता है ।माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी आप मध्यप्रदेश सरकार से आग्रह करे कि इन्हें स्थाई पद दे ।आपका जीवन भर आभारी रहूंगा। धन्यवाद दिनाँक 29/12/2023
