Respected Prime Minister, CIVILIAN DEATHS IN ARMY CUSTODY Recent alleged civilian deaths in Army custody in J&K are unfortunate. However, these are not uncommon, I say this with responsibility. Many cases have happened in the past but suitable action is lacking. Internal enquiries are conducted and no one is blamed. In case someone seeks justice for civilians, he is branded anti-organisation. Such irresponsible actions by Army leadership continues to alienate people of J&K and NE.
