Namaste MODI JI, I am expressing my concern for POOR ENVIRONMENT or ATMOSPHERE in corporate sectors especially for JUNIOR EMPLOYEES . SENIOR EMPLOYEES MENTALLY HARASSES JUNIOR EMPLOYEES and created the environment so worst that most of the talented employees leave the company. There is one famous quote about corporate sectors that "Employees do not leave company they leave bad bosses. HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) Department is also responsible for this worst environment as it is the duty of HR to listen to each and every body but HR Managers have no time for this and they always take favour of senior employees. In your leadership, more companies will come to India in future but the most important thing is that to create the atmosphere healthy so that junior employees also feel happy in the job. So they listen you and understand how it effect life of women and their family mentally & physically. Please motivate women of Bihar spacially to take pledge to 'say no to dowry and ask oneself and to society 'why dowry? If all the women understand their value & marriage is not a business & oppose dowry it will finished. As now a days it is normal in Bihar to demand dowry even there are fixed rate of dowry as per job. And the worst thing is almost Man in police services of Bihar also demand for dowry, For ex. a SI demand more than 20 lakh. Most of girls in rular areas not able to take good & higher education as family think & thought to girl that instead of invest money on education they have to save money for their dowry. Family having more girl child stressed about dowry since thier childhood.
