If literally govt. want to generate employments & revenue and eradicate unemployment, this can be done:- a). Let's entire country work 24*7. Why to stop wheel of any city at night? 4 sectors can work around the clock and for other sectors you put brakes, it's not fair. We are pulling legs of our economy downwards by braking revenue generating human resources. Other miscreants who don't generate revenue they can work 24*7 but who legally can generate revenue, govt. I stopping them. 2). Avoid unnecessary laws and rules. Already a lot laws and rules developed a vast corrupted culture in the country. In future it'll increase if we don't learn lesson from them. Worthless law will only make a hamper between human resources and revenue generation.(always see further loss than nearer profit!) c). If only factory act/other laws will be strictly followed, 50% employment can be generated without spending anything. See how corporates squeeze human resources who are backbone of this living system!!

Sir, Some suggestions on Telecom : 1) Please allow 3 yr validity long term plan.. useful to retain the number for Foreign going people, for super senior citizens etc. Nothing wrong to start in pilot basis. 2) Where Data not used ( sim connections in voice based mobiles ) , minimum balance and incoming calls barred restrictions SHOULD BE REMOVED. Poor people like maid, cleaner, Grandfather etc using only Button based mobile, that is there life line .. no money for food , how they ll go for recharge.. see if it works and fits. ( Promote to telecom co as Priority Sector or CSR projects with yearly targets ) 3. Leasing out BSNL exchanges to Private players, let them Operate in profitable ways . 4. Requires more players in Telecom, Jio and Airtel monopoly created Hefty Overheads on Monthly recharge.. Monthly recharge is Minimum 250/- pm now.. means a family of 4 have to spent min 1000/- pm.. actual is more than this assumption. Regards,
