Respected Modi Ji : Sir I would like to suggest you the very very important topic and your most required attention and concern for Senior Citizens who have been deprived of being a respected society of modern India. Sir a senior citizen after attaining the age of 70 years can not get a job, can’t get driving Liscence , not eligible for medical insurance, not eligible for taking any bank loan on EMI and top of all if a senior citizen retired from a private job don’t get any pension is totally dependent on others mercy even he or she is hale and hearty because without penny he or she is bound to be dependent. Can it be possible for you to take up this topic in this forthcoming Man ki Baat for the welfare of the deprived society (Senior Citizen) of India and take blessings of this deprived society.

Respected Sir, I am living in West Agraharam of Pallassana GP of Palakkad Dist.in Kerala. I am the 5th generation (like 5G) of my family. The houses here is that there are rows of houses on both sides. All the houses here were built about 200 years ago. Its roof is covered with tiles. All the houses are eco-friendly. Everyone here has Aadhaar, identity card, PAN, driving license, etc. Apart from this, land tax and building tax are paid in the respective departments. We are strictly following the duties of a citizen. But our country has entered the era of digital banking and at this time, when we try to get a bank loan to carry out any repair work in our houses, the bank authorities do not allow it. The reason they say is that there is no law to give loans to renovate run-down houses, our 2 houses have a wall, and the houses have no boundaries. If so, when concrete houses (flats) are built, is another house built on top of one house? This has been explained to bring this to your attn.

The cities are currently facing excessive rain which is almost drowning many areas. On the contrary, these cities also face water crises during summer due to low groundwater levels. I would submit my suggestions to enable these rain waters to reach the ground level instead of being wasted. We can dig small deep holes which would be protected by cement pipes running into the gravel layer of the crust and will be filled with pebbles. These pebbles will ensure the unwanted elements are filtered. These holes can be 12 to 16 inches in diameter and can be dug on the sides of the roads and by the side wall in the society. These holes will allow the groundwater to be replenished and will not only help the urban areas but also the surrounding villages.
