Please nationalise all medical colleges.These real estate fellows etc running medical colleges have commercialised medical education and even establishing bogus universities to collect more money. Dear Sir. Regarding Fertiliser import costs.. please increase KSY Direct transfer to Rs 25000/farmer annually. Let farmers buy Chemical fertilizers like Urea, DAP and MOP at Market prices. This will reduce Chemical fertilizer usage drastically. Farmers will be encouraged to produce their own fertiliser like Compost, Cow dung/ other means to boost their soil. GOI can announce Fertilizer SEZs in every District encouraging local entrepreneurs to adopt local products to use & produce manure. This will generate huge local employment. Farmers also will employ more Labourers locally to produce organic fertilizers on their own and sell excess to other farmers. Crop burning will be stopped.. Start ups will buy all the fodder to convert to fertilizers.. our soil & rivers will be saved from these harmful chemicals.. we all will get healthy food.. GOI stop import of Chemical fertilizers on its own and let corporates do this & bring more efficiency and reduce wastage.
