Honorable PM sir this is to bring in your kind notice that Uttarakhand lok Seva Aayog is not organising any written examination for the post of assistant professors in Government Degree colleges they are selecting candidates on API score and their giving weightage to Ph.D holders unnecessarily .This pattern is nowhere in India there is a provision of clear cut written examination and open competitive examination should be there. If NET qualified candidates are not being even giving opportunity to participating examination it would be ignorance of qualified candidates. Ph D holders of 20th century who don'nt have any knowledge of subject are being favoured. Such provision of API score is not in practice all over India. Why Uttarakhand PSC adopting Merit based selection . This pattern have been abondened everywhere. Kindly do needful sir.

Hounb'le PM sir this is being seen in today's scenario that a officer if doing right work without fear and favour then the interest of some culprits get affected adversely and they make false complaint against that honest officer. This tendency is very dangerous as the officer whose dirty complaint being made by these big crocodiles who are totally engaged in corruption they harass them by this tactics .So kindly take notice that first such complinants should be sorted out and punished immediately and humiliation of the honest officers doing their task with rules and regulations should be protected. Respected Sir this tendency of making false Complaints against officers and Government employees by the corrupt thekedars and others even corrupt colleauges whose interest get suffered is common practice. So before making any enquiry affidavit along with detailed identity of complainant should be made compulsory in every case of such complaints.

Regarding Virus Research and Diagnostic Laboratory (VRDL) central sponsored schemes have been spending million dollars money to establish research and diagnostics. all over India . my idea is instead of sending fund to all vrdl lab to all of India,if the central government purchased all equipment and all consumables, directly from the manufacturer under the one roof for example make in india for supply to corresponding VRDlL labs will be the huge cost effective, Quality control and Quality assurance single annual maintenance of instruments, single and direct control of Utilisation of fund . Direct salary credited for VRDL Contractual staff from central government proceeding , GST benefits, will be the most effective system to our nation benefit.apart from mentioned above all which will be ideal to develop our own diagnostic and research effectively on time to compete with other countries.
