Please urge the people/ authorities take initiative in cleaning and maintaining roadsides. Roadside is what determines the life and experience of the road itself. Roadside dust, encroachment, garbage dumping defeats the purpose of giving the people the experience of good roads. although the govt has put emphasis on roads, roadsides should be emphasised on even more.

Idea about Diwali celebrations : In every city/ town / village an open area should be earmarked for Diwali crackers burning by local authorities and people should be encouraged to go there for crackers This will help 1. Reduce air pollution caused by crackers 2. Increase social bonding as people gather in a area for celebration 3. Reduce expenditure on crackers leading to more national savings 4. Reduce incidents of fire on Diwali night, saving national property 5. Business opportunity in that area just like Dussehra fair, it will be Diwali fair

मा0 प्रधानमंत्री महोदय, आपके द्वारा दुर्घटनावश परिस्थितियों में आम जन की सामाजिक सुरक्षा हेतु प्रधानमंत्री सुरक्षा बीमा योजना की शुरूआत की गयी है, जिसमें 18-70 वर्ष का भारतीय नागरिक मात्र रू0 20/- में एक वर्ष का रू0 2 लाख का बीमा प्राप्त कर सकता है। महोदय इसके क्लेम प्रोसीजर के अनुसार 30 दिन के भीतर फार्म जमा करना पडता है जबकि दुर्घटनावश स्थिति में किसी की मृत्यु या दिव्यांग होने पर 30 दिन के भीतर फार्म जमा करना असम्भव है, क्योंकि 13 दिन तो तेरवी में लगते हैं, उसके बाद पुलिस की रिपोर्ट, मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र/दिव्यांग प्रमाण पत्र में 15 दिन लगते हैं, किसी के घर में मृत्यु या दुर्घटना होने पर शोकाकुल माहोल में 30 दिन के बजाय 60 दिन के भीतर फार्म जमा किये जाने की व्यवस्था की जाती है तो वास्तविक लाभार्थी इसका लाभ प्राप्त कर सकता है। एलआईसी की जीवन आनन्द बीमा योजना में क्लेम 180 दिन के भीतर जमा किया जाता है। कृपया विचारार्थ। सादर।
