Dear P. M Sir, For heavy rainfall specifically, we should develop a very high resolution numeric weather prediction (NWP) forecast models and investigating the effects of model resolution on heavy rainfall simulation. Models are run with a resolution of 12km and 1.5km on NIWA's supercomputer.

Dear sir Prime Minister, Now its time to set the goal of next 25 years as after 100 years of independence how our country will be look like and you should put forward the idea and ambition of NEW INDIA and made a appeal to the citizens of the country to come forward and work as a helping hand so that our country achieve those predetermined goals within the time limit.

The glorious 75 years of independence of our nation is just a moment of feeling of proud and unity which gave us our very own freedom fighters who fought for our independence and gift us the precious freedom. Today we are capable to do anything and with this capability we can conquer the world, but before conquer the world we have to conquer ourselves so that we can move ahead in right direction with right path. Independence means to be independent from slave, evilness, bad thoughts lies in present time but sometimes, it becomes dangerous in bad way like we have taken for-granted our freedom and we do unnecessary things and take advantage of it. We have to respect everyone even if we do not agree with their thoughts. We are living on the principle of Vasudev kutumbakam and it says that not only the Indians, but also the whole world are our very own in the way Brothers and Sisters. Don't divide people in the name of religion and foster communal harmony.

Respected PM Sir, It would be indeed heartwarming if you could speak about the need for our education system & processes to include topics/subjects which can: 1. Orient our current generation about India’s glorious pre-history and make them curious about finding more. 2. Integrate newer India-centric topics in the National Education Policy (NEP) curriculum. 3. Instill a sense of pride and clarifying a lot of myths about the origin of India & Indians 4. Ensure that we get interested in history without the need of going through scholarly & difficult books. 5. Get more UNESCO heritage sites, & not only 40. Even America with a mere 300 years of history has 25 UNESCO sites now. India should have at least 250 such sites. It would be great if you could pass on this VISION to our historians. 6. Support the Archeological Survey of India (ASI) to discover & research more on the true prehistory of the subcontinent. 7. Ignite ‘Curiosity’ & love for traveling in this generation. Part 2

Tulu......Part 2 The matter was raised by an MP from Kerala in parliament in 2018. A couple of languages with less speakers compared to Tulu are in the 8th schedule. Request sincerely sir to include Tulu in 8th schedule of Indian Constitution n to make an announcement on the great day. With respects sir.

A sincere request to include Tulu language in 8th Schedule of Indian Constitution -- Sir Tulu is a Dravidian language along with Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam. Tulu is spoken in DK (Mangalore) n Udupi districts in Karnataka n parts of Kasaragod in Kerala. Tulu speakers in large numbers migrated to Mumbai n Poona in Maharashtra, Chennai in Tamilnadu n to other states for business opportunities n to Gulf n English speaking countries (USA, UK, Canada, Australia etc) for better prospects. Though asper 2011 census, registered Tulu speakers are 1.84 millions,the total speakers worldwide may be many folds. Centuries old Tulu is having its own script. Epic poem(paad-dan) narrates traditions, culture daivaradhane, bhootharadhane, kambula, yakshagaana Aspirations of Tulu speakers to include Tulu in 8th schedule of Indian Constitution is there for decades. Prominent personalities from this area met the Prime Minister n the then Home Minister in the matter few years ago Pl see Part 2

Pradhan mantri ji pranam Constitutional duty is a solu of our country.duty is an enternal feeling to do something for their development .Duty is a source of right. You should focus on citizen duty for their country .some point suggest for it. 1 constitutional duty should be included in school syllabus to class one in school. 2 Importance of duty should be feel in citizen mind for their execution. 3 A booklet has been printed for aware about constitutional duty 4 A awareness campaign through new paper ,media ,seminar for aware citizen for his duty. 5 Constitutional duty commission should be formed for include other duty in it 6 swachh abhiyan should be included as duty in our constitution . 7 All facility should be banned those people who is not performing duty . 8 Duty should be top priority in comparison of right 9 A shilapatt should be established along with written duty.
