We celebrate independence day every year on 15th August as a nation holiday in India to commemorate the indipendence of the nation from the United Kingdom on 15th August 1947 this way the day on which the provisions of the Indian independence act of 1947 came into effect with transferred legislative sovereignty to the India Constitute assembly indipendence corresponded with indias partition where in British India had been divided into the domination of India and Pakistan along religious lines today we all are here to knowledge our privilege of being enslaved under colonial rules for every India in those days it was indeed a hurclean task to fight against those powers gaints the British those difficult times and struggl must not be allowed to fade away from our memories hence every indipendence day we not only celebrate our freedom but we also pay tribute to the once who fought for it to the once who held a vision for our country to and the once who sacrificed themselves for the same
