NRIs need to learn to adapt to local culture and still promote Indian culture to ensure their next generations can still relate to India. Irrespective of how long they live abroad they can never run away from the fact that their Origin is Indian. Ask a 3rd or 4th generation South African, Fiji, Ugandan or Londoner; they are still called Indian settled in South Africa or wherever they live. Be proud of your origin, however, don’t take it for granted and come across arrogant!! (4/4)

It requires lot of patience and understanding. To be able to promote Indian culture it is very important to understand foreign culture and appreciation for their culture. We can only expect respect for our culture when we respect their culture. Unfortunately, individuals living abroad have a misconception that promoting Indian culture means demeaning foreign culture and looking down upon others. It will not only be difficult but impossible to promote Indian culture if NRIs do not develop a b

Promoting Indian culture by NRIs in India as well as abroad is a very important aspect the life of NRI. It is not be taken lightly. First and foremost, for NRIs to be able to promote they need to REALLY understand the Indian culture. Mere ritualistic practice without understanding the underlying concept is useless. When they do not understand the intrinsic meaning it is hard from them to promote it to others. (1/4) contd…

They don't understand that we Indians also work very hard to improve our English to be able to work internationally. They simply ignore our hard work by saying that learn German if you want to stay here. Then why pretend to be international and still be closed hearted when it comes to other cultures. I really hope that you or Mrs. Sushma Swaraj raises this issue with the German chancellor next time we talk to them. Would be grateful to have feedback on this.

German companies like BMW, Audi, VW, Bosch and whole German automotive industry is so unfair even when they pretend that they need candidates with good fluent English, in the end deciding against us because we don't speak perfect German. Point is their pretending to be interested in all the cultures and in the end having a closed mind towards people from countries like India. Even when we speak German, we get bashed for our looks or the accents. High time someone raised this issue with Germany.

Dear Modiji, next time when you meet Angela Merkel, please raise the issue of language limitations in Germany. We Indians contribute to the government just like the Germans but still companies here don't treat us as equals just because we don't speak perfect German. We don't do that in India when these people come with their businesses and we openly welcome them with English. We don't treat them badly if they don't speak perfect Hindi/Other regional languages. please contact me for more details.

Dear Narendrabhai, Biosecurity is an important issue that has been ignored for a longtime in India. Our farm produce is increasingly getting contaminated by dangerous bugs and defects. Example: our delicious Alphanso and Kesar mangoes are not permitted in many countries because these nations fear they have bugs. Please meet one Dr Sashibhooshan Sharma, Australia's leading expert on biosecurity during your forthcoming visit to Australia. He has plans for India he will attempt to meet you there.

Namaste Hon. PM Modiji. I wanted to express my opinion on foreign currency reserve. If I send money in NRE Account and buy land in India that money becomes Indian money and deduct from foreign reserve. So is it possible to give me corresponding Indian money instead of the same withdrawl NRE money. Thus foreign money reserve can be saved.
