First thing that India needs to do is to embrace them as if they are part of India. Dual Citizenship would be a breakthrough in this regard. Any NRI in US and in many other parts of the globe should loose their Indian Citizenship and take local Citizenship to climb the ladder to influential roles in their respective fields. For example, Israel's influence in US congress is because of those senators who had dual citizenship. They feel like Israel is their motherland. India needs dual citizenship

I have been in USA for 5 years living with NRI and working with americans. Many NRI want to come back India because they love India but on certain condition. Truth is money is not very important for them.In India they want safety and security first, clean India, Honest India, good schools and ofcourse a good road digital map and less traffic. If we are able to promise them atleast few of them we can provide you and your family in next 2 years time ,they will come back. Talent will come back.

For anyone to be a brand ambassador..the first basic premise that needs to be satisfied is that the ambassador should be happy and confident of the brand to be endorsed. How can we be happy and confident of the country if we strive to get basic facilities on time. To start with the issues of NRIs should be dealt on a one to one basis with the help of a dedicated call centre or a helpline working on email communication. It is reassuring if in the country to help in situations of need.

As India has now made Visa on Arrival for almost 150 countries. Indian Government should do make sure that on Reciprocal basis other countries should also give Visa on Arrival's to Indian Passport holders if this cannot be done then easiest way will be to allow Dual citizenship to Indian NRI's who are Citizens of other country.

Many small clinics and hospitals don't follow Asepsis to prevent disease transmission. This is must as per the Medical Council of India and Dental Council of India. In developed countries, they monitor the sterilization in the clinic and also monitor weekly spore tests records. There is no such monitoring in India. Most of the clinics I have visited never even sterilize the instruments but they just keep them in boiling water, which is not at all acceptable as per Center of Disease Control (CDC)

In many developed countries, they monitor infectious waste disposal from hospitals from every clinic. They enforce that the infectious waste is collected by certified infectious waste collection companies. This will reduce the diseases spread. In India, most of the infectious waste in small clinics are dumped in domestic wastes and are the reason for spread of diseases. Please enforce for a healthy community.
