I have an idea to grow india unanimously if for e.g. A company having a manager having salary > Rs.80000/- p.m. I advise that recruit 4 people with a salary = Rs.20000/- so the money root through more people and if every industry follow this then it will help india for job creation and really india will shineeeeeeeeeeee

NRIs bring lot of FDI to India. This money has been used for many constructive purposes in India. There are cases when NRIs get displaced due to change of policy in that country, due to war and many such reasons. The Government of India should help such returning NRIs by providing job or assisting to set up a business. Most of the NRIs are highly educated and well experienced in this field.Help reverse the brain drain by helping the returned NRI.

I happen to live in a small city in US but is fortunate to work for a company which respects Diversity. We have found an Affinity Group for South Asian Nations(India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Nepal) with a huge Indian representation. We as a group plan and execute community projects in the area, hold leadership series, hold events to increase awareness about South Asian Nations, Cricket Camps for local people etc. All the events has generated a huge interest in these countries and there cultures.

Proud to be an Indian will be a very good start. Familiarize yourself with our great history, culture, accomplishments in the field of science, maths and technology and share that when you get a chance with the citizens of the country you are currently staying in or travelling in to change the perception of being a land of snake charmers. Contd in next post..

All Indians living outside the country should feel themselves that they are representing the country, especially in the middle east. If you see the way they (most in labour class) look and working hard here for less wages, why dont they do the same in India?! The Indians sitting on top of companies in these geographical areas should change their mindset and attitude towards the poor people. The change should happen from TOP. Rest all will automatically get changed. We need to be unite, irrespective of religion, job, skin colour etc, as INDIANS. If you see the way a European getting respect in an airport, restaurant, shopping mall etc, did anyone ever think why ?? Because they have a strong support from the embassy here and their country men sitting on their top make sure that their security is taken care and they get apid well enough. We can hardly see an illegal migrant form those countries here. Wake up brothers and sisters... let us keep in mind that each on eof us are a brand ambassador for India, our Mother India !!

Embassy of India can also appeal all Indians and can collect cess of 50 saudi riyal on every passport renewal for this mission and 25 sauri riyal for other services. Former PM late Shri PV Narasimharao revived Indian Economy and ensured India is better placed today among world economic powers. He was one PM who had India's interests close to his heart and did not bow to Sonia Gandhi. Because of this Gandhi Family denied him his rightful place any where including RAJGHAT. I urge Shri Modiji to restore his rightful place in the Indian history. Honoring him is nothing but celebrating their contribution for Mother India.
