Dear friends, Todays all Indian Governments departments are approx. 90% under corruption. Without stopping corruption we can not improve the Foreign investments. Approx. 60% of Government investments money is going in to Politicians and Gov. servants pockets. In comparisons, State Gov. is more corrupt than Center Gov. dep. In state there is no planning, rule and regulation for investing the Gov. Money, all agencies like audit, Law, Gov. Servants all internally linking with corruption money share it varies from 10-40%. The most corrupt dep.are PWD,Irrigation, NationalHigh way, Tehsil, district collectrate, politicians, Sectaries, they all are taking the advance money for any work. then every citizens can imagine what quality they will get at the end. The whole Indian Gov. machineries is corrupt and it needs strong political will power to make strong law immediately like Lokpal in center and same in state. without the100% control of corruption, India can not make growth in different sectors. This is the today main requirement without it we can not control cost rise, job creation, infrastructure development. So every citizen is in trouble due to corruption in every places. it can be control due effective , transparent law with time bound hearing in courts like fast track courts. and after that recover whole money. Law should be same for all citizens including ,all VIPs. The today CVC and CBI is not doing any thing in corruption. They should take any action without receiving complaint, they should use own intelligence network for any corruption case and get freedom of work. Unless we bring down the level of salaries and wages in India to a realistic level, no development will be possible. The day is not far when all the goods & services will be provided by China cheaply. Even the Indian entrepreneurs will be forced to move their production to China if we do not fix salaries & wages in India on the basis of demand of and supply of labor. We have to cancel the concept of dearness allowance also. Dearness is a thing which is the same for employer and employee.

Highest degree of mechanization, automation and computerization took place in the US because they have no population. In India we are resorting to mechanization, automation and computerization because of labor laws. Even the govt in India is outsourcing, hiring chowkidars from contractors. Our policy must be humanization, but our labor laws and lofty salaries and wages are preventing this. Salaries/wages must be determined on the basis of the principle of demand and supply.

We should not unnecessarily worry about the so called brain drain. These superior brains are Bharat Mata's ambassadors. They should influence the foreign policy of the American & European govts and should not allow them to go against India in favor of Pakistan. Hindus abroad must always keep a good hold on the foreign policy of the country where they live. They should always keep in mind that if India's interests are safeguarded, their interests will also be safeguarded.

They can bring India all the new services, products, arts, great thoughts and innovations used in the countries they live.

Among the 12 largest advanced economies (or Developed countries), only JAPAN and South Korea are from ASIA. But both are facing extremely bad situation of SUCIDE and stand among top 10 in the world. Considering these data, I worried for the future of INDIA and CHINA. The question raised, at what cost we need development?........creating huge percentage of frustrated, highly aimed, over burdened and broken heart people.

I am really interested to implement the outreach education/training program for rural/semi urabn areas though University and higher educations collaborations, to help in skill development and self employment.

Hi ! Although I am not an NRI, yet I have few good friends who are NRIs and would like to share their sentiments about India. NRIs view Indian bureaucrats as hurdles rather than solution providers. They fear corruption, cumbersome paperwork for different tasks, and extremely high Turnaround Time. In fact Punjabi NRIs view Indian officers of the State as land grabbers & exploiters. They have absolutely no faith in the system. Confidence needs to be restored for achieving desired objectives.
