I recently submitted my passport for renewal at VFS Sydney. I never get work done in 1 visit. In 7 yrs I have 5 diff. experience where I have to take 2-3 different days off to visit VFS. If counted in money, I have lost around $2000 in work pay for these visits. In recent visit, I was required to prove that my passport & marriage certificate both belong to me, because Marriage certificate format is - First Name & Last Name is son of Middle Name. Why cant govt accept their own doc formats?
