Whoever comes to power in Delhi starts harping on 'full-fledged statehood' for Delhi. But Delhi must always remain a 'union territory', or else Delhi shall also slip downhill along the same path of hellish mismanagement as have the other states. 2ndly, Delhi is the capital, i.e. an extract of entire India which must remain in the hands of the Govt of India. 3rdly, there are embassies of other nations in Delhi which can't be left to the functionaries of a state govt. And so many more reasons.

Higher education doesn't mean arts, commerce & science.. In our country there are no govt aided courses for different talents like dance, photography, etc.. It was observed that during admissions in college in Mumbai there is no value of your talent in Cultural quota if its not from govt institute. Well, not all can have access to Govt. Institutes.. That doesn't mean they don't have talent. Indian performing arts should be encouraged at all levels of education and should be encouraged..

All fine.. education.. now a business.. everyone will say that.. but we do follow the same for what we are angry and sad about. why do we have to follow that? Parents are interested in giving quality education but not socialized. No schools are educating a child.they are just creating marks by their products(child) to make their industry to have good market value.

Our technical education is only quantity oriented and no body talks of quality. TEL is a very far cry. There are engineering graduates in the country who have not seen any technical lab in under graduate level. Even NITs lack the will to improve. Faculty levels are falling very fast.
