is there any policy/ reservation exist in higher studies (after 12th class) for single girl child?

Tech. as of now, includes audio-visual devices, internet,DVD lessons, interactive-platforms via satellites/ phones/ Skype-enabled lessons/ web-based distance Univ. curriculum-exchanges/ concepts of virtual universities involving a few OR, most of above techniques and now we also have SMART-PHONES! These can 'allow' APPS to be downloaded , say, to take one to relevant web-sites of interests etc. ALAS! LEARNING STILL HAS TO TAKE PLACE BY AN INDIVIDUAL'S EFFORTS- IN HIMSELF/HERSELF-"NO-ONE ELSE"!

we must learn something from china who create a great opportunities of his citizens. some years ago over population become hurdle for its development but it turn all of them into new era which is technology. our 40 % still working as a farmer and there contribution in GDP nothing. if we told them to left this area then it can not affect our economy.so we must make them techno youth. this is need for us to give a good scope of our youth and use there full qualities in nations development.

A complete change in education policy is needed Let's start by looking at how we are teaching students currently; 1st-5th class- Basics of language,numbers 6th-8th class- Into stories and algebra 9-12 class Deeper science and maths How i propose a change I think India should start creating responsible citizens by teaching them first aid,spoken language skills, leadership related field trips. We need more citizens who understand the nation and feel responsible for it

Opportunities for technology enabled learning should be focused in rural areas on priority basis. Schools and institutes in rural should be provided help to purchase the Educational Technology resources. WiFi facility should be compulsory and free. The societies and trust who wish to school and college should be given loan facility at rebate rate due to social cause specially in rural villages because fee structure of private institute in villages is very low.

Train teachers to create and teach using Power Point Presentations to students.

The teaching of second language can be made entirely online at least in CBSE schools. This would mean that any child can select any Indian language as his / her second language. It could be his mother tongue, regional language of the place of residence or any other language. Experts of all Indian languages could collaborate and develop a common curriculum and digitalise it. The child could select a language in standard 1 with an option to change it only in standard 6.

Perhaps a foreign language option could be introduced for the higher secondary level. The role of the teacher would be only that of a facilitator with the child learning on his own and at his pace with age appropriate audio visual methods. Such a system could help in • fostering national integration • learning mother tongues in the case of children residing outside their home state • specially benefit children of parents on All India transferrable jobs.
