We have Railway Police Force and its only work is to hang around here n there on platform. Why dont govt give swacch Bharat abhiyan to them, They will have to peer view on passengers and charge instant penalty of minimum 200 INR. We must remove slogan ki penalty ho sakti hai, new slogan is "Gandgi failane ya bina ticket yatra karne par 200/500 ki penalty deni hogi, jise lene ki jimmedaari RPF ki hogi, Encourage RPF to collect penalties and get reward of 25 % of penalty. We have Internet & mobile network for faster communication ,sharing information & learning the unknown. The presence of this infrastructure should be leveraged to promote concept awareness and in depth learning among students. The knowledge should be shared in local language so that the students learn basics fast and then using same infrastructure they should be given an opportunity to experiment. Use Social platforms like Facebook and Whats-app to develop knowledge bonding.

1st we need to standardized our edu system. It should be free from reservation. Admissions procedure should be totally based on merits or their skills if the merits are not up to the mark. I belive due to reservation a numbers of highly skilled persons are live away and the benefits passes to international institutes. Existing reservation policys are responsible for corruption that we all know. Specially in government job admissions. Our edu sys should equal for all not to 4 few community.

My idea is to provide a big monitor/tv in every class with good internet connection. Whenever teaching a subject, they can show the videos/ pictures from youtube or internet. The student will learn better.

PPP can do wonders but as far as education is concerned it should be the private school administration calling the shots. All the govt primary & middle schools in the area of a private affiliated senior secondary school should be handed over to the private school for 8 to 10 years & no govt interference be permitted. The private school need only be paid the fee/ student. The private school shall show more than desired results. Govt will save millions & education shall get the desired boost.

भारतीय प्राचीन शिक्षा पद्धतियों का सहारा लेना चाहिए. जैसे संहिता, उपनिषद, पुराण. इन सभी के ही चलते भारतीय शिक्षा एक जमाने में उच्च स्तरपर थी. पाश्चात्य पद्धतियों ने हमें और शिक्षण व्यवस्था को कमजोर और लाचार बनाया है. विवेकानंद ने कहा था कि वेदों की ओर लौटो. आज भी प्रासंगिक है.

When we talk of skill we keep aptitude in mind 'coz skill can only be honed if aptitude is seen. Our school going generation must learn the three R's & during this Class I to VIII years in school their aptitude identified, not by aptitude tests but by observation also & thereupon such students who wish to acquire a skill for which they have aptitude must join the GTIs/ ITIs & other such music/ dance/ instrument training schools & I to VIII teacher qualification should be aptitude & not degrees.

We are initiating skill development but we have also started obstructing aspirants from becoming teachers, earlier it was B Ed & now it is followed by CTET/ STET- government schools have only deteriorated because the pre-qualifications do not test aptitude, only get you a well paid job. Most government employees/teachers have their children admitted to private schools, notwithstanding low salaries & lesser qualification. Results too are better in private schools.
