Teacher appraisals need to be given more importance. The appraisal should be valid in court, so that errant teachers can be brought to book. Teacher promotions should be based on their performance rather than seniority. This will promote good practices, encourage quality performance, and provide models of competent and conscientious educators for our country. Introduce performance based incentives for teachers at every level, and remove corruption and nepotism. Give Govt facility for teachers!

Teachers training programs has to conducted every five years, so that teachers gets updated with new education policies as well as the new syllabus. After getting their Diploma or Degree in Education, teacher feels there is no need for any training in their field which makes teacher stagnant in teaching learning process. Training programs should be conducted by the experts in the field. Good teachers makes good students in turn makes good citizens .

ఇతర ఉద్యోగాల నుండి ఉపాధ్యాయుల వృత్తి వైపు మరల్చడానికి డిజిటల్ క్లాసులు పెట్టాలి. ఉపాధ్యాయులకు వృత్యంతర శిక్షణ్ యిస్తూ ఉండాలి. ఉపాధ్యాయులు గైకహ్జరు గురించి కఠినమైన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలి. ఉపాధ్యాయులను తయారు చేసే శిక్షణా సంస్థలను బలోపేతంగా నిర్వహించాలి. ఉపాధ్యాయులు మరింత జవాబు దారీగా ఉందేలా వారికి బద్యతలు అందజేయాలి.

सर्व शिक्षकांना जून किंवा जुलै महिन्यामध्ये प्रशिक्षण देण्यात यावे. या प्रशिक्षणाचा अध्यापनासाठी चांगला उपयोग होऊ शकतो. गावडे जे.के.
