शिक्षक किसी भी शैक्षिक प्रणाली की आधारशिला होते हैं। शिक्षण प्रतिभा का विकास और सर्वश्रेष्ठ शिक्षकों को प्रोत्साहित करना, अच्छे शिक्षक रखना सभी शिक्षण की गुणवत्ता सुधारने के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है। इस पर विचार आमंत्रित हैं ताकि, हमारी उच्चतर शिक्षा संस्थाएं अच्छा संकाय पोषित करें जो बदले में हमारे छात्रों में उच्चतर मानक प्रेरित कर सकें।

PG education of Polytechnic teachers must be full time, but Many Polytechnic Institute teachers doing there higher education without attending full time course ( they are doing full time teacher job as well as full time PG course ) this must me stopped because after taking PG qualification they may join Engineering colleges AICTE must take note of this and de recognise the PG institutes which are helping in this matter.
