Dear Sir, In today period there are worst condition in IRCTC online booking system in Tatkal Sewa.In a time period under a minute more than 200 Seats in Sleeper class is booked where as if u get ticket from any agent in open system it will provide same ticket with cost of morethan 3 times of a single ticket, and the main surprise is that the agent ticket is also from IRCTC login. I dont think about this how they booked ticket via same process which i used where as i used LL network.Pls look this

ticket is to be sell by the irctc to staff when the person is entered into the stations they pull the tocket into the machine for entrance into the stations.form this every person have to buy a platform ticket for entrance.anothe problem is of coolie they dint charged the amount according to the chart list the have ther monopoly charged the rates of luggage according to them why a very serious issue a step to be taken by the govt.for the benefit of people and nation many more things to share.

Very sorry to say in mostly main stations in the time of summer there is no facility of drinking water. The waiting rooms are made for the people for there rest if train are late but mostly when the person entered in the waiting room for rest or toilet. the employee of irctc who have his duty in the room why he asked for the money(chai-pani) to the person. a small thing but a big one.like metro stations if some machines are setup in the main entrance of stations a token in the form of platform

contd..or not available when they came out from the que the unauthorised agents or people asked them that u need the confirm ticket they availed the ticket to customer by charging a big amount taking the unnecessary advantage for the need of people. A govt have to be taken a serious step against the unautorised people who are engaged in these works.no tt or an employee standing in the main entrance of railway stations mostly 85% people are entered without buyig an platform ticket loss of nation.

irctc have closed the registeration process from eticketing agent from 2009 registered eticketing agents can booked tickets via digital signature from 12 p.m. as per irctc norms but very sorry to say unauthorised agents have created many personal ids and booked and sell tickets by charging a big an extra amount.the main issue is of misusing the rights of people.Hundred & thousand of people standing in a big que to get the ticket but unfortunately they dint get they get waiting

Please look into the IRCTC reservation A normal passenger is not able to get tickets Train Speeds Trains are still running a 45- 50 KM/ hr avg speeds PL have 90 day adv resvn period, clear all WL 45 days prior to journey by adding new coaches or adding spl train to that route for that day and allocating seats in new train. Pl REWORK all the train time tables and increases the speed to atleast 100 KM/ hr AVG . All this can be done in existing infrastructure.

#Ticketing System: 3. Make available the facility of booking platform tickets online with an SMS sent on the mobile no of the user which specifically mentions the word platform ticket in the SMS. The SMS can be shown to the TTE upon being asked. 4. Install special machines/kiosks in sufficient numbers at the railway station for printing platform tickets with instructions for using the machine being distributed separately in the form of pamphlets.
