Respected PM, It's really good to see that our government has done a lot to improve the railways recently u started a premium tatkal system it is really helpful but now i just have one request that can we the citizens can get a clean railway stations and trains. I mean it is a very dreadful sight when we look at the stations and train toilets. please make arrangements for cleaning

Upon train getting cancelled due to some natural calamity, amount is not being refunded back into my account. I am referring here to the cyclone HUD-HUD last year. My train got cancelled. I had booked the tickets in tatkal scheme. I followed as instructed by railway officials to get the amount refunded. I am sure there are thousands of others whose money has got stuck with IRCTC. So, request you to look into this issue and kindly refund our money ASAP. It's already been more than 8 months now.

For old age, pregnant women and differently able persons separate low height ticketing booth and vending machines should be present.

Easy card(prepaid Travelling card ) in addition to automatic vending machine where you touch the card in detector enter password and choose destination(save destination option should also be present) as you confirmed amount is reduced from the card. it will reduce time as compared to e-banking.

Plz look at image, today i was booking a railway tckt and even before the allotted time of booking it shows RL/WL 1. How is possible that even before booking started there was waiting list already from that station.TICKET booking opening date is today only. Is it a fraud or system error(if it is then shame on gov) or has the govt started deciding quota prior to reservation from a particular station.Can someone plz explain this.

At the time of freedom of the country the railway track was approx 50000 km and presently at present time it is 65000 km. Such a slow growth of railways track should be reviewed.While china has grown drastically in railways track during this period.

The speed of almost all trains should be increased to the speed of rajdhani/shatabdi trains.For this repair of tracks may be done , if required.

To honorable Railway Minister, Respected Sir, Railway android app is not available on railway website. It is available only on Google store. Please make it available on Railway website as well. Many people do not use Google play store for downloading the Apps.

Please make tickets available through multiple channels such as travel websites and apps. Tickets can also be made available from bank ATMs. A mobile app for rail tickets will make it easier to reserve. A variant of the same will be sms booking. Also, for unreserved tickets, an uber-like solution that enables you to book online with linked credit card or paytm will work well. The ticket can be sent as an eticket that can be shown to inspectors
