चाहिये अधिकतर देखने में आया है कि कानून को दुरूपयोग ज्यदा ओर उपयोग कम हो रहा है सीधा साधा आदमी पेरेशान होता है ओर चालाक आदमी झूठे केश इस समय ज्यदा बनवा रहा है । ओर पुलिस विभाग में अयोग्य ओर डरपोक लोगो की भी की भरमार है । उसे ये भी पता नही कि जॉंच कैसे की जाये । ओर चॉंच कर्ता अधिकारी बन केश की जॉंच कर रहे है । अगर ये विभाग में कुछ सुधार हो तो कोर्ट का भी समय ओर केश कम किये जा सकते है । झूठे केश में फसाने वालो को सजा का निर्धारण होना अनिवार्य है क्योकि इस समय झूठे केश ही ज्यदा बनाये जा रहे है जो स

आवश्यकता है देश में एक सी कानून व्यवस्था की ,ओर कानून के रखवालो की योग्यता टेलेन्टता में सुधार की , न्याय व्यस्था में लगे लोगो की योग्यता की अच्छे से जॉंच परख हो फिर पद दिया जाये खास कर पुलिस विभाग में देखा यह गया है कि जो व्यक्ति पुलिस के पास न्याय की तलास में गया उसे न्याय मिलना तो दूर अपमानित होते देखा गया है । इसका कारण है पुलिस विभाग में आयोग्य लोगो की भरमार। हर थाने में एक समजिक कार्यकर्ता ओर काउन्सलर की नियुकित् किया जाना चाहिये जिस्से झूठी रिपोर्ट करने वालो की गहन जॉंच कर उन्हे सजा देना

Today Youth Power is the most misdirected and has no direction. The Bureaucracy treats them as dirt. All sane comments are ignored and thrown in dust bin as is evident from depleting forest cover join the country. The Bureaucrats claim increase in forest cover by including parks in the definition of forests. Unless you make Bureaucracy accountable and answerebale nothing can change. India as Nation is heading for disaster.

Skill India campaign needs to get impetus for both the youth to attain proficiency, for country to attain various targets like self sufficiency, to win the battle against unemployment and get its economy surging. Before us, we have Japan, Korea, China as examples which have made their inroads into markets of several countries including India. THIS ECONOMIC "INVASION" HAS HARMED OUR OWN INDUSTRY NO END. HAPPENING FOR A LONG TIME, THE TIDE IS YET TO BE TURNED. A MUST BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE.

Be Proactiv.

Youth should not be merely seen as job hunting, job hopping educated mass. Let us open our vision and observe the change that is subtly facilitating development seamlessly, with political or other agenda by the committed Youth. Recognise it as a Honorable Professional Service. Give them preference in the areas of government support so that more and more young people get to pursue their passion of social upliftment, change with further enthusiasm.

I suggest to declare the post graduates in social development as professional for getting employment in Corporates, NGOs, Trusts etc. Like benefits to small and micro industries in getting work, NGOs floated by these professionals should be recognised for CSR funding.
