18 सितंबर 2014 को नई दिल्ली में स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्री, डॉ हर्षवर्धन द्वारा भारत में नवजात शिशु संबंधी कार्य योजना का शुभारंभ किया गया। इस योजना के अंतर्गत देश में नवजात शिशु की मृत्यु को रोकने और मृत प्रसव को कम करने के लिए एक रणनीति तैयार की गई है। आईएनएपी न केवल नवजात मृत्यु और मृत प्रसव की दर को घटाने के लिए प्रभावी उपाय देगा बल्कि मातृ मृत्यु को कम करने के लिए भी सुझाव देगा। प्रस्तावित योजना के कार्यान्वयन, निगरानी, मूल्यांकन और विकास के लिए समयसीमा तय की गई है और भारत में नवजात शिशु के स्वास्थ्य में सुधार लाने के लिए कार्य कर रहे सभी हितधारकों से यह अपेक्षित है कि वह " 2030 तक एकल अंक एनएमआर " और "2030 तक एकल अंक एसबीआर " के लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने के लिए कार्य करें। आईएनएपी को मौजूदा आरएमएनसीएच+ के ढांचे में कार्यान्वित किया गया है जो एकता, समानता, लिंग, देखभाल की गुणवत्ता, अभिसरण, जवाबदेही, और भागीदारी जैसे सिद्धांतों का अनुसरण करेगी। इसको मुख्य रूप से इलाज सम्बन्धी पैकेज, मृत प्रसव और नवजात शिशु के स्वास्थ्य की देखभाल के छह स्तंभों पर बनाया गया है। इसके प्रभावी कार्यान्वयन के लिए डैशबोर्ड संकेतकों की एक सूची के साथ निगरानी और मूल्यांकन के लिए एक व्यवस्थित योजना का विकास किया गया है।

My two cents on introducing health security for Indian citizens. Similar to education cess the government may consider adding another health cess and provide health insurance cover to all the tax payers of the country. The amount of cover can be proportionate to the tax paid by the individual. This would incentivise the non tax payers in paying more tax and provide health security to the citizens of India

hon;ble prime minister i would like to request you that in india most of the doctors are doing practice with selling medicines in clinic so the retail business of medicine became badly effected . so please take a step that doctors prescribe good quality of medicine to patient and they purchase from retail chemist then it helps to make a good confidence among the patient and chemist shop of that area..........thankyou

Hon'ble Prime Minister, I would like to request you to provide clean RO drinking water at all the railway stations in the country. Also Sir, the railway tracks are very dirty and filthy with rats and all kinds of pests. I humbly request you to do something in this regard. ThankYou. Also, I am sorry if I am posting this in the wrong forum. Personally, I do not find the site very user-friendly. I request the administrator to make it less cluttered.

sir, we are living at a time when we are afraid to step ouside our home. There are ghosts of diseases like tuberculosis or we are afraid to get caught in a road rage, or get hit by a high speeding "ALCOHOLIC" car. The cases of all these incidents are alarming and a healthy india can never be achieved with diseases and alcohol. They are increasing due to poor management by the concerned authorities and partly by poor laws. i beg to create stringent laws which can be a deterance to these problems.

Dear narendra bhai, In our country law regarding opening a hotel or restaurant should be very strict. Anybody can enter in to the kitchen of hotels and check the quality of vegetables and cleanliness of the kitchen and can directly report to the respective authority. secondly there should be separate ministry in every state who managed this kind of issues and punish them. in diwali most of the sweet are of not edible but we don't care about it.

The reason for joining today is that there are no postal stamps in our post offices in Thiruvananthapuram. How do you expect the common man to communicate? I believe this condition has been prevailing for months now. I am part of an NGO. serving the differently abled is one of its objectives. We need to communicate with our members quite frequently through mails. What is the solution for this predicament?
