18 सितंबर 2014 को नई दिल्ली में स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्री, डॉ हर्षवर्धन द्वारा भारत में नवजात शिशु संबंधी कार्य योजना का शुभारंभ किया गया। इस योजना के अंतर्गत देश में नवजात शिशु की मृत्यु को रोकने और मृत प्रसव को कम करने के लिए एक रणनीति तैयार की गई है। आईएनएपी न केवल नवजात मृत्यु और मृत प्रसव की दर को घटाने के लिए प्रभावी उपाय देगा बल्कि मातृ मृत्यु को कम करने के लिए भी सुझाव देगा। प्रस्तावित योजना के कार्यान्वयन, निगरानी, मूल्यांकन और विकास के लिए समयसीमा तय की गई है और भारत में नवजात शिशु के स्वास्थ्य में सुधार लाने के लिए कार्य कर रहे सभी हितधारकों से यह अपेक्षित है कि वह " 2030 तक एकल अंक एनएमआर " और "2030 तक एकल अंक एसबीआर " के लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने के लिए कार्य करें। आईएनएपी को मौजूदा आरएमएनसीएच+ के ढांचे में कार्यान्वित किया गया है जो एकता, समानता, लिंग, देखभाल की गुणवत्ता, अभिसरण, जवाबदेही, और भागीदारी जैसे सिद्धांतों का अनुसरण करेगी। इसको मुख्य रूप से इलाज सम्बन्धी पैकेज, मृत प्रसव और नवजात शिशु के स्वास्थ्य की देखभाल के छह स्तंभों पर बनाया गया है। इसके प्रभावी कार्यान्वयन के लिए डैशबोर्ड संकेतकों की एक सूची के साथ निगरानी और मूल्यांकन के लिए एक व्यवस्थित योजना का विकास किया गया है।

Swachh Bharat abhiyan goes hand in hand with Health Mission. Health is wealth. Congress had supported huge slums in the whole country including Metro like Mumbai. These have free water, electricity(mostly stolen) but no hygiene and cleanliness. Can the local corporatist ensure no filth, educate the young, and imbibe the necessity of hygiene?

Sir, the issue you raised today regarding the increasing attraction of youth towards drugs and liquor is really very alarming. As a University student I can say very confidently that the increase of number of songs and other filmographic material depicting drunkenness as a fashion and sigh of modernism is playing a very crucial role in this situation and I request you Sir to regulate this.

Sir, it has been considered that other natural resources available can also be utilized for electric power generation and automobile operation. In the interest of Country, I have prepared a Line diagram and explained the System of Operation therein the available natural resource can be utilized by increasing the intensity in place of Burning of fuel. The detailed System would be explained if opportunity is given for discussion. Thank you.

India though being in influencia position at global level major cause of all economic problems and scarce resources is not consumption bt unchecked population growth. Family planning in proper way and its awareness at all levels and educating masses regaardding this can resolve economic issues greatly and maintain decent living standard along with focus on job creation

trees are natural cleaner of many diseases. in 2010-11 when dengu was in full swing ( this year many ppl died of dainngu) it was the worst period of daingu. it spead mostly in oct-nov. IN MARCH WHILE MORNING WALK I SAW LEAVE THE TREE saPTPARN सप्तपर्ण या छितवन WERE NOT IN USUAL SHAPE OR GOT DISEASED. I told my fd that SPTPARN has fallen ill this year some disease are going to spread . And the result the worst year of dengu we faced. I mean to say wecan forecas disease and take some step to cure

Sir I am an ex serviceman, working with women and child development department as first division assistant. Earlier I was happy with court job as second division assistant and doing job with pride. corruption rampant in the department with ministers backing. Despite good work I am denied probationary period declaration with out reason. I applaud your government's initiative and courage to tax sugary carbonated drinks.Worldover govts have realised after decades of health records, that fatty,salty,sugary foods are causing obesity and fat addiction even in children.Indian diets are carbohydrate dominant with Rice,Chapati...but lifestyles are not all physically active.Its critical as part of national health mission to reduce carb intake.It will also encourage less water intensive but protein,fibre rich crops all around the year !
