Dear Sir, Hope you are well and I congratulate your for your personal and national achievement so far. I would like to start with thanks to offer us a platform to discuss our concerns/suggestions. After joining this platform, I have noticed that two main Groups are missing. 1 Population Control, 2 Illegal immigration in India. Even if we plan any project to Nations' Growth in mentioned groups, How we are measuring the success when there is no limit of consumption? Please reply. Thanks

Dear PM. My thoughts: 1. Existing construction and electricity generation policy and law to make solar energy compulsory for multistoried buildings, factories, shopping complex, recreation center and local lighting. 2. Income tax benefit for Electic companies when they upgrade accepting solar energy generated from homes and commercial facility. 3. Tax benefit for home owners and associations to install and use solar energy. 4. Capital investment to replace street lights, etc with solar energy.

India has lot of potential to generate Solar energy, We can have American companies manufacture their solar panels in India and sell to the world. Make a deal, Give tax benefits and all other possible favorable business things and in return they should set up few solar plants each year in India for free..Its win-win for both India and the American Company.

I am living in Dubai right now, i have observed that infrastructural development done in the Emirate of Dubai is in most of the cases executed by people of India living here. They live far from their families and like slaves here working for 16 to 17 hours a day. And the only reason is lack of money and opportunity in India. I am sure they are very skilled in what they are doing because Dubai is one of the most developed part of the world. Please invite them to serve our motherland..

Early years education must insist on a compulsory and healthy sports involvement and participation like here in Australia. In Indian schools the PTE class is merely looked as free class. Have more playgrounds and compulsory attendance in sports play for children in school. NRI's in the field of early years educators like myself can assist in setting up and implementing these policies.

The greatest link between NRI's and People of India is the overseas High Commision Of India (HCI). Unless we improve the functioning of the HCI to be NRI friendly and helpful, we wont be able to achieve the full potential of the NRI's.HCI in London is one such commission which needs desparate attention.

NRI'S can assist sports in India is by providing donations for building new and modernized facilities with new equipments for intensive training, expert trainers which include foreign staff, have better medical team with all equipments.this is for back end and at the front end promote and encourage for more sport activities at school at very small age to go for further training for better future prospects same like we have in india for singing, dancing etc.

During last decade or so, Government of India has been increasingly trying to put more efforts on scientific research and development. A lot of this research which is carried out by spending Government's money is published in journals outside the country, which are inaccessible to a wide scientific audience in the country, because they cannot afford to access these journals. India needs create a platform for scientists to make their findings accessible to other scientists.
