Begging is the 2nd most visible menance (1st being Garbage) which damages image of our Country. Offcourse every person has self dignity and he fights to maintain that and Beggars no exception. But their tolerance level for Dignity (may be due to extreeme poverty or habitual) is so low that they not only lose their own dignity but also shame their country. I think it should be stopped forcefuly: By relocating them to 1 or more places, include in MGNREGA, Farming, free food/home . Anyway stop it.

Government should encourage every family in zIndia to adopt a beggar child insted of keeping unnecessary pets and then helping to bring up the child with the help of agencies that could take care of such children! Together with begging ad well as giving alms to beggers be punishable!

A law has to be strictly enforced to ban begging. The foremost step to be taken is to institute a separate cell that would be responsible for busting this widespread racket. Organizations should be set up to rehabilitate child beggars. They should be taught to earn their livelihood. The public also has a major role to play in putting an end to child begging. They should not encourage them by giving alms. Instead, they should inform these organizations which, in turn, would take care of children.
