Sir, to curb corruption, please start an online grievances of peoples and honest officials. Also whistleblowers should be protected and their grievance should be solved within defined time frame and to restrict frivolous complaints such complainant should also be punished. The conduct rules for all govt employees should be changed and they should be held accountable and responsible. The bureaucracy should be realized that they are civil servants not autocrats and rule is supreme.
