As per the instruction given to Local committee what has to be done with person begging in their area, if all polling booth committee in India stop beggars from entering their area, these beggars will be forced to work and earn. Different type of work has to be identified for Handicap Beggars according to their age group. Instruction must be given to Local committee what has to be done .Once this policy is finalized and authority given to Local committee, Believe me this is only way to Eliminat

This is the major problem faced by the poor students when they try to apply for an exams like bank , insurance sector the application cost for OBC and others is ten times higher than SC eg if application cost for SC is 50 then for OBC is 500 dear sir please understand that if a person comes under to OBC he is not rich . due this massive difference application cost many students are not applying for the exams.as you are giving jobs in quota at least make this application cost same for all

Our Traditional culture of giving/donating to poor has encouraged a group to make it Business, and unfortunately this business is run by underworld. This beggars work for them to collect information’s, whatever, whenever and from wherever. These beggars can enter in No entry zone, Therefore elimination of beggary is good thought. Through TV serials and Movies such stories must come out to demoralize giving/donating, Like Oh my God movies. Polling booth level committee is the only solution.

Begging is not a basic requirement and has become a habit. These people to be counselled first to assess their requirements to beg. There is steep increase of begged who are transgenders/mangalamukhis. So we need to seggregate into 2 parts 1.begging due to economic reason or employment . 2. Other than point 1. Then can think about rehabilitation of these individuals and develop certain kind of skills such as carpentry , cooking , or so on and make them to earn.

I think to put our country to a faster growth pattern we need to reform the police force. This is an utmost necessity as there is no law and order, respect for the law and people are afraid to compain or file F.I.R.s. If the government wants, it can start with a particular state and then spread on to other states once it gets success. Educated, honest, law abiding people should be put in police so they can guide the people and correct them.

Beggars are encouraged when people pity on them and give them money. Citizens pity on beggars because they are of the impression that nothing is being done to take care of them. They also give out of superstition. However, if the citizens are made aware of the initiatives taken to rehabilitate beggars then citizens would resist from giving money. Instead of ignoring them, they should be brought to centre stage so that citizens take note of the consequences of giving them money.

Sir, It is near religious places ,railway stns, bus stns generally we find most beggers.Involve self help group formation of beggers through NGOs near mandirs/bus station etc and let them collect specific recyclable/reusable waste and then NGO buys it back.NGO uses it to make products and sell it.This way a sustainable model can be made in all temples & mentioned areas and we can generate revenue for our country.Tagging FFDC/CIMAP can help in this case.Incense sticks, ittar etc can be made.

Recently I heard the rail budget of our Minister Mr Sadanand Gowda. He says his dream is to make Indian railways as the biggest freight movers in the world. Its indeed a great step . With his words etched on my mind ,when I relocated from Karnataka to New Delhi . I told my parents to send my household items through indian railways and not any private movers. But for the pain which I went through to get my parcel from the station to my home was a challenging task. It became momentous too
