We look at only people are begging on roads, giving bad images of in modern India. When agricultural production activities were good shape, after harvesting many people will depend upon farmers, there was not used begging, it was Dhana Dharma . Now we are towards service oriented economy. Our Hindu dharmas are not connecting to the service sector. We have to feed and give shelter every Indian. Who are working and earning have to provide basic needs for who are not working and unable to work.

Basic constraints in eliminating beggary face by India are as follows: 1.Poverty & Unempolyment 2.Absence of any population control measure, especially in among poor people.

First Step: All these beggars should be given with proper identity and an appropriate shelter and food facilities either by the government authorities or by any authorized rehabilitation centers or by any agencies or by any voluntarily organizations. Etc... 2. All the organized begging should be converted in to the above system 3. All their movements and the proceedings will be under the control of above said authorities of the organization only. contd..

In addition to the above system, the collection boxes shall be installed places like temples, picnic spots, hotels, institutions, factories, bus stand , railway station, historical places etc to collect the voluntary offering of the public the collected funds shall be given to the above organization. contd...

The public can install a common collection centre at their villages/townships it self to collect the voluntary offerings of the public and the same shall be handed over to the above organization contd..

and to offer some thing especially to the beggars, and then only their bad elements in the astrology will be getting off. That’s why the beggary is taking place al most all of our holey places. 3. The government can enforce any kind of laws to eliminate beggary but the above kinds of situation what government can do with this?
