Sir, I request that a Documentary film be made which convey following message on Cleanliness. If we people spread garbage in public places, our Corporation,Govt. etc. is required to clean it. To clean it, an additional workforce is required with Wage/Salary. To pay this remuneration the governing body charge us in terms of Local Taxes, Taxes, Cess and alike. Still at the end we get nothing Value Creation. Such amount paid could well be used for other purpose.

1) recycling computer waste and harmful batteries needs to be done and awareness needs to be created among people. 2) Its better if we can suggest the people to use electric charging batteries for lights in rural places. 3) One idea is that government can use OLX, Snapdeal to buy computer waste for little price and then ship them to recycle those parts.
