Few Suggestions: - 1. Can we provide dignity to people working in this field and call them "Cleaning Staff" rather than "Safai-wala"? 2. Can we enroll them as employees in the cleaning department with a decent salary and a Uniform? 3. Mandatory for colonies to have cleaning staff and arrange for disposal of their waste. 4. Municipalities have to become more disciplined and get rid of their lax attitude. 6. Subsidized distribution of waste collection bins to every colony with color coding

sir, In our area swatch bharath is not maintaing. The scrab waste material purchasers were totally polluting the bazar the main thing is that those muncipal workers who has to make the clean of the area were supporting the scrab purchases and selling all the disaster materials since years the bazar was polluted with waste materials even today.we are facing lot problems with local authorities as every one is supporting him. DUSTBINS IN TRAIN REQUIRED. There can be dustbins attached on exteriors of coach but the opening should be within the coach. That might not make it smelly. Also, there can be huge fines imposed who don't use bins that would generate large chunk of revenue in fines. Time to think.
