Govt should first ensure supply of clean water to all. People in most of the villages do not have access to adequate drinking water. Without the availability of enough water how can they run /use /operate toilets. Construction of toilet is not the main issue but the availability of water to operate the toilet is the major problem. Many places toilet is unused for want of water.Hence the Govt should first make plans for water availability and then move forward further & farther.

there should be open one cleaning center villagewise thoughout the country. & appoint cleaning authority person for that centre. His job should be maintaining cleanness of villages and make necessary steps regarding the cleaningess, spread awareness among the people....

Hi, It should be compulsory for every household to throw renewable waste in green renewable plastic and non renewable in black plastic. If every household throws left over ans scraps of vegetables and friuts in a common place in society where tray animals can eat it. No stray animal will ever die of eating plastic. Every building be it society temple or company should facilitate drinking water and food. Maintenance can be done by administration.
