Putting a dustbin in each government bus and making its use mandatory can help in cleaning india. At each station the person appointed for cleaning the depot will collect the garbage at that station and dispose that at proper place collectively. The passengers who don't use that dustbin should be penalized. The dustbin should be placed behind the seat near the gate.

One basic problem that I have been noticing lately is the amount of dirt found on the roads, especially in my city, Indore. Now one main reason for this is the lack of soil holding agents near the roads, because of which the topmost layer of soil which is mostly dry gets accumulated on the roads and causes infections for those travelling on two wheelers or with people travelling with their windows down. Green cover should be increased, more trees planted to solve this problem.

The only way to Achieve this is by introducing fine and Enforcing fines on Everyone who is seen Littering. The fine must be enforce stringently and the has to be 0 tolerance on anyone who make India shame. Impose fines on 1) Littering - people throwing garbage on street, or from Car. People will understand the impact and will take the hard lesson very quickly. This had worked everywhere in Globe and will work here as well.

Yesterday I saw a young schoolkid, not more than 5-6 years old, and her mother buy icecream from a roadside vendor. They both peeled the wrapper and started to eat. While the child was very careful in making sure that the paper is not torn in bits and pieces, her mother was not. T The child finished her icecream and started looking for a wastebin nearby, none available though, and put the wrapper in her uniform pocket. Inspite of her mother's scolding, she refused to drop it on the road.

To take the participation of masses at the ground level in this Abhiyan, civic authority should run a campaign to induct people/volunteer on hour/area basis for cleaning. To develop the interest, these people/volunteer should be felicitated and be paid. The fund for this expense can be generated by imposing nominal penalty to those who are caught littering on roads or public area. If this idea sounds good, I can explain this further. Thanks
