Dear Sir, Around a month and half back I was driving to Delhi and noticed a man throwing a paper cup on road divider. I chased and told him politely. Was happy to see that he acknowledged in affirmation that he did a mistake. Last week again was travelling to Ghaziabad and found 2 men in a car throwing orange peel on the road while driving. I again chased and requested not to do. They responded by throwing again. I was still happy as I did my piece. And atleast 1 out of 2 acknowledged.
