Because dust, old clothes and oil have settled on Tank soil. I had explained conditions of the Birama Theirthem & essential of the water. But He discouraged me he does not realise the essential of the water.He destroy more than one lakes M cu of the water. Our PM have started clean india mission But the Executive officer neglect the clean india mission. It shows the negligence of his duty. I kindly request you sir take action against him.
