Is there any helpline no for drunken people..Because many a times we see people on roads who are drunken sometimes their situations are worst but still we don't help them thinking that they are drunken.we just let them be in that miserable condition and sometimes it led them to accident and any other injuries....but i don't think what we are doing is humane..like the police ambulance fire service there should be a helpline no across india specially for these people..
