राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग अधिनियम, 1990 के तहत जनवरी 1992 में स्थापित राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग एक वैधानिक निकाय है, जिसके पास महिलाओं के संवैधानिक और वैधानिक अधिकारों की रक्षा करने का अधिकार है। महिला आयोग महिलाओं के सशक्तिकरण और समग्र विकास में सहायता प्रदान करने वाले कार्यक्रम की पहल करता है ताकि महलाओं की अवसरों तक पहुंच सुनिश्चित कर निर्णय लेने में सक्षम बनाया जा सके।

महिलाओं के खिलाफ हिंसा के उन्मूलन के लिए अंतर्राष्ट्रीय दिवस 2000 में संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा द्वारा शुरू किया गया था। यह दिन प्रतिवर्ष 25 नवंबर को मनाया जाता है। महिलाओं के खिलाफ हिंसा के उन्मूलन के लिए अंतर्राष्ट्रीय दिवस महिलाओं के खिलाफ हिंसा के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाने का प्रयास है। इस दिन का उद्देश्य महिलाओं के साथ दुर्व्यवहार करने वालों के खिलाफ आवाज़ उठाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करके हिंसा की रोकथाम करना है। यह दिन महिलाओं के खिलाफ किसी भी ऐसी हिंसा को लिंग-आधारित हिंसा के रूप में परिभाषित करता है जिसके परिणामस्वरूप महिलाओं को शारीरिक, यौन या मनोवैज्ञानिक परेशानी होती है या होने की संभावना होती है। इस दिन का लक्ष्य समानता, विकास और शांति सुनिश्चित करना है। इसका उद्देश्य महिलाओं और लड़कियों के मानवाधिकारों की रक्षा करना है।

महिला आयोग ने अपने मैंडेट के मुताबिक और 'महिलाओं के खिलाफ हिंसा के उन्मूलन' के लक्ष्य के मद्देनजर महिला आयोग माईगव पोर्टल के माध्यम से लैंगिक हिंसा के खिलाफ चुप्पी तोड़ने पर सभी हितधारकों से इनपुट, सुझाव और प्रतिक्रिया आमंत्रित करता है, जिसका उद्देश्य लोगों के बीच समानता, विकास और शांति को बढ़ावा देना है।

Good Morning, This is a brilliant step taken to discuss the very important topic that relates to the 50 percent of the population. The Women in our country are the major players in the development of our each community and society. Their safety and security shall be the utmost priority of the Government and the Judiciary. A success of a country completely depends upon the social, economic, physical and mental condition of the women of that Country. Its time, that Women of India should get fair share of their fundamental right of Right to equality and Right to life and Liberty in real sense. Even though Our Constitution has given these rights to women but when it comes to practice, it fails to accomplish the goal. The frequent violence and atrocities on women is very unfortunate and disheartening. It brings shame and fear among the society. A strong law is required for protection of women that could be the gamechanger in eliminating the violence against Women. Thank You

5.. *सर्व प्रथम तथाकथित नेताओं को महिलाओं के सम्मान का पाठ पढ़ाना होगा,ऐसे ही गंदी मानसिकता वाले समाज को गंदा कर रहे हैं। *इन जैसे बड़े लोगों के लिए सख्त से सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई कीआवश्यकता है. *पुरुषों को अपनी मानसिकता बदलनी होगी. *घर से ही माता पिता दोनों को अपने बच्चों विशेषकर बेटों को महिलाओं के प्रति सम्मान रुपी संस्कार की सीख देनी होगी. *सभी माता-पिता,दादी-दादा को बेटी-बेटों का पालन-पोषण भेद-भाव रहित करना होगा. *बेटों की दिनचर्या पर विशेष ध्यान रखना होगा. *सह शिक्षा को प्रोत्साहन देना होगा.

4.. जबकि रमेश कुमार पूर्व विधान सभा अध्यक्ष रह चुके हैं ने महिलाओं का चीर हरण कियाऔर सभी पार्टी के पुरुष बैठकर तमाशा देख रहे थे जिससे पुरुषों तथाकथित कानून बनाने वालों,माननीय बनने वालों की मानसिकता झलकती है,दूसरा वाक्या बेटियों कीशादी की उम्र 21करने पर सपा का अति बुजुर्ग सांसद शफीकुर्रहमा न, एस टी हसन तथा पार्टी नेताअबू आजमी ने शर्मसार,आपत्तिजनक टिप्पणी से देश कीअस्मिता,मान सम्मान रुपी बेटियों परअक्षम्य प्रतिक्रिया दी है।इन नेताओं के साथ महिलाआयोग कब करवाई करेगा?इनकी जुबां कब काटी जायेगी???.5

3. मोदी सरकार ने महिलाओं के सशक्तिकरण के लिए कई क्रान्तिकारी कदम उठाए हैं।महिलाओं नेअंतरिक्ष से लेकर समुद्र की गहराइयों को नापा है तो साथ ही घर से बाहर तक लगभग प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में सफलता के डंके गाड़ कर समाज कोअपनी शक्ति का आभास कराया है के बावजूदअपने ही घर से बाहर तक महिलाओं को मानसिक एवम् शारीरिक हिंसा का शिकार होना पड़ रहा है।जब चाहे कोई भी महिलाओं से बदतमीजी करने से बाज नहींआता।मंत्री से लेकर संतरी तक,अधिकारी से लेकर मजदूर तक जब मौका मिलेअश्लील टिप्पणी करे, जब चाहे बदतमीजी करे,रेप करे....4

->Mental strength is very important in these cases but due to the more protective nature of the society towards her safety makes her unintentionally weak towards her safety issues and when the situation comes her she ends her life.So making her mentally strong is first step we can take. -> Self defence must become an important class in 11 and 12 standards it can make them somewhere mentally and physically strong for the upcoming situation. ->Teaching boys an important lesson "Men doesn't make a girl cry" instead of fixing their mind with idea "Men don't cry" can somewhat result in less violence as what we learn in childhood impacts our future. ->If every men of a family just visit their nearby locality turn by turn ,it can finish issues of silent nights and violence cases resulting due to silent and dark nights can decrease. Apart from all these suggestion, i want to say to every feminine "no one can help one who can't help himself".

Dear sir, PL start to give education of criminal punishment at high school, so every child can know what will be the punishment of criminal fault.or any kind of fault against anti social work, It is very very necessary for the child because it is common sense that once we found the reason behind the any work , we are going to do that type of work, and if we would be known the negative reasult behind the work , then we are not going to this type of work, The parents have no time to teach against this type of criminal fault or any type of anti social work, sometimes il litterate or uneducated parents did not know this type of necessities for this.Also add in education system about traffic rules, some disiplines for life style, instead of feture story. Very very important suggestions if, we add this type of education, we found sometimes graduate people also do not know what will be the punishment of serious crime. Because in our education this type of knowledge is not submitted.

"यत्र नार्यस्ते पूजयंते रमंते तत्र देवता" मानसिकता वाला हमारा देश भारत था।हमारा वेदशास्त्र महिलाओंऔर पुरुषों में भेद नहीं करता है।पर महिलाओं के साथअत्याचार,व्यभिचार आक्रमणकारी मुगलों केआने के बाद शुरु हुआ।स्वतंत्रता के बाद हमारी सरकारों ने विशेषकर वर्तमान मोदी सरकार ने लिंग भेद समाप्त कर विवाह की उम्र में समानता का अधिकार देकर क्रांतिकारी कदम उठाया है,तीन तलाक समाप्त कर,सैनिक स्कूलों में बेटियों का प्रवेश,पोषण आहार,बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ जैसे नायाब कदम महिलाओं के चहुंमुखी विकास के लिए उठाया है..3

प्राइवेट पब्लिक सेक्टर में नियम कानून का अनुपालन कौन से अधिकारी सुनिश्चित कराएंगे और ऐसा क्यों नहीं हो रहा प्राइवेट पब्लिक सेक्टर में जानकारी सूचना ठीक-ठाक डाटा सब कुछ सही होना चाहिए क्यों नहीं लिया जा रहा है आधी अधूरी इनकंप्लीट इंफॉर्मेशन डिपार्टमेंट विभाग के लोग सर्वेक्षण सर्वेक्षण सर्वे सुपरविजन क्यों नहीं करा रहे और अगर डाटा खत्म हो गया तो उसका एनालिसिस अच्छे से होना चाहिए और सेक्स के नियम कानून के आधार पर अपडेट निरंतर लगातार होते रहना चाहिए लेकिन किसी भी विभाग में ऐसा नहीं हो रहा है?
