Professional bodies like IEI, IETE, ICE .exist in all western and developed countries and in india it also being run since many decades.. It represents India on international engineering plaforms. Why my gov is devaluing its qualification. Which has given so many bright engineers in each and every field and helped in technological enhancement of country.

Very serious matter of concern, we technical person doing job after diploma dont have any option of higher technical education except AMIE, AMIETE.etc for bright future.. Earlier AMIE , AMITE, like courses of professional bodies were recognised by MHRD. But now MHRD has given whole responsibility to AICTE. and as we know AICTE approve only regular courses in technical education . So please look into this matter , people like me who r financially weak , have to do job for survival.

AMIE is good way for working person to complete their degree and get job benefits,,AMIE student are good in all field and when come to experience they are best...so AMIE must get AICTE AND MHRD approval

AMIE is the easiest and best distance course for working students like me.It is helping in increasing my and many of my friends qualification without any obstruction.It will help in our career growth in future too.It is worthless to remove its accreditation.... Please don't play with our career.....

I have a similar qualification from UK. I am MIET (Member of IET, UK). They even recognize your practical experience as life is the biggest school, what you learn practically in life/working that you can not learn in classrooms. MIET is well recognized qualification in UK and Europe. While India is taking a back gear.... very sad.

If there are some improvements to be made in the education system of IEI or similar institutions then focus should be on improvement and not discontinuing accreditation.

Take example of United Kingdom where you can find such institutions in all fields like Engineering, Banking, Management, Information Technology, etc..... By removing accreditation of IEI, are we not running our education system in back gear....

Government should create more institutions like IEI where students can earn qualifications while working, no point of removing accreditation of one of the oldest institution in India, that too when the institution has maintained the quality and ethics so far. I am not an IEI graduate but still think it is good option for working people and for those who are required to start earning early in life due to family conditions.

FOR WORKING PEOPLE LIKE ME AMIE IS THE ONLY OPTION FOR CONTINUING MY STUDY FOR ENHANCING MY KNOWLEDGE AS WELL AS FOR BETTERMENT OF MY CAREER. SO AMIE MUST BE WELL RECOGNIZED.

As AMIE is the best option for the people who wants to continue their study. Everyone has the right to get better education & knowledge. People are doing AMIE with great zeal for enhancing their knowledge in the field of engineering & science as well as getting better career.so is must be well recognized & encouraged for the betterment of people of INDIA. This type of Education must be spread,Promoted well recognized
