Dear Sir, The Election Commission does not discharge its duties properly. I applied for voter's identity card two years back on their website. Nothing moved. Then I submitted it through normal route. My address was wrong. The card has not reached me till date. My voting centre was 10 km from my residence. I applied for corrections and handed over application to the concerned officer apart from applying on web site before Lok Sabha Election. No joy till now. I had to travel 10 km to cast my vote

Dear sir, I want to pay your attention toward young searching good job. I take my example Whenever I want to apply in NIT's for job they ask for NOC from current employer. I don't know that is it a law or not. But some time taking NOC from current employer is very difficult and self harming to the current job. If i apply more frequently then it is impossible to take NOC from employer. Suppose if current employer does not give NOC then person is either "Bandhua Mazdoor" or leave the job

There is no major constraint in manual scavenging,only it is a matter of will and efforts , The people who are conservative should be made aware that now it is not possible for long time as well as manual scavengers should also change them and should choose some other occupation instead. The people who do not have toilet should make immediate efforts to have it and this practice should be stopped immediately of manual .scavenging,Efforts from both sides as well as govt support is required

Manual scavengers should be given Govt jobs as a mark of respect towards their yeoman service to the mankind and indiginity they suffered for centuries

we must give a cleaning of toilets and its maintenance and scavenging to private concerns and make them employ scavengers and cleaners. they must provide safety guards for these employees and they will get good remunerations.this must be signed for all areas in country.2 years once it must be changed.and these concerns must be given accountability to people and this can be possible through grievence redressal act.if this done we can eliminate loopholes in from base of our country.jaihind
